What is Vi.pro?

Vi.pro is a mobile application that allows you to recognize cars and car parts using photos or descriptions (name, manufacturer code), providing all available information about them for purchase or sale.

Who can benefit from Vi.pro?

  1. Spare parts sellers from auto dismantlers – to digitize their inventory and effectively sell online.
  2. Mechanics at auto services – to quickly find parts for clients' cars.
  3. Car owners – to select a replacement for a faulty part in their car.

How do I recognize a car by photo?

  1. Open the Vi.pro app.
  2. Log in with your Google or Apple account.
  3. Click the “Search by car” button.
  4. Take a photo of the car or its VIN code or upload it from the gallery.
  5. The app will automatically recognize the make, model, body, year of manufacture, and color of the car, given the data and photo quality.
  6. Verify the recognized data, correct it if necessary, and save the car for future use.

How do I recognize a part by photo?

  1. Open the Vi.pro app.
  2. Log in with your Google or Apple account.
  3. Click the “Search by parts” button.
  4. Take a photo of the part or select it from the gallery.
  5. The app will automatically recognize the part category, given the data.
  6. If the category is not found or the suggested categories are incorrect, add a few more photos of the part from different angles.
  7. Select the car for which the part is needed.
  8. Choose one of the suggested part categories or from the directory.
  9. If possible, the app will suggest options for original codes and manufacturers of the part.
  10. Verify the accuracy of the filled data, correct it if necessary, and save the part for future use.

What should I do if the app isn't working properly?

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Restart the app.
  3. If the problem persists, contact support through the settings in your Vi.pro account or write to the email provided below.
