Participants may connect to Vi.pro and register an account using external third-party applications: Apple or Google. Please note that your use of third-party sites and services will be governed by their own terms and policy policies.
Vi.pro business partners closely collaborate with a number of business partners. When any of these companies assist us in Service delivery, there may be a need to transfer necessary data. In each case, these partners will process your personal data according to their own policy policies. Before disclosing personal data to third parties, we recommend reading policy policies and asking questions.
We disclose your data to our consultants, supervisory, tax, law enforcement, and governmental authorities, civil litigation participants, and industry partners (including industry associations) for the following purposes:

In carrying out such operations (including sale, merger, liquidation, introduction of external management, or transfer of all assets of Vi.pro or a substantial part thereof), Participant data typically constitutes transferred assets. If Vi.pro decides to transfer your data, it will notify you by email or through a notification on the Site and in the Application.
Vi.pro service providers also engage third-party companies and individuals (such as research companies, analytics and security service providers) who help us ensure the functioning, provision, and advertisement of Services. Such third parties have limited access to your data and may only use it to perform the specified tasks on our behalf. They are prohibited from disclosing your data and using it for other purposes. Vi.pro provides the functioning of the app for the recognition (digitization) of automobile parts based on their photos. By using the Services, you agree that Vi.pro will use your data in any country where the ABPWORLD Group Companies operate. Please note that policy laws and relevant standards may vary in certain countries. For example, the rights of governmental authorities to access your personal data may differ from those in your country of residence. To the extent that Vi.pro transfers personal data outside the EEA, we separately, alternatively, and independently rely on the following legal bases for transferring your data:
Adequacy decisions. We rely on European Commission adequacy decisions where they exist, recognizing that certain countries provide a level of data protection that is essentially equivalent to the EEA.
Standard contractual clauses. In other cases, we mainly rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for the international and other transfers of personal data from the EEA to third countries, including the United States and India. This includes transferring data from ABPWORLD to other Group Companies.
Necessity for the performance of a contract between Vi.pro and its Users. You decide independently whether to use Vi.pro Services. Since we operate in different countries around the world, we may transfer your personal data to other jurisdictions as necessary for the provision of Services. In simpler terms, we cannot provide you with Services and comply with the terms of our mutual agreement without moving your personal data outside your country of residence, including the United Kingdom or the EEA.
We protect your personal data through technical means and administrative measures designed to reduce the risks of illegal or unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or use of your data. To protect your account, we recommend that you take your Apple / Google account security seriously, through which you authenticate in our Services.
Vi.pro will store your data no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy, as long as your account is active or as required to comply with our legal obligations under applicable laws and regulations. The decision on the duration of data storage is made on an individual basis and depends on the applicable data retention laws.

Additionally, you can exercise any of the above rights in accordance with applicable laws by contacting us. When you contact us to exercise any of your rights, we will confirm the receipt of the request. Limiting the use or deleting your personal data may affect the functions and options dependent on this data. You can opt out of receiving promotional emails via the unsubscribe link in our promotional emails or through your account settings. Some emails from Vi.pro relate to the service operation or are explained by legislative requirements. You will continue to receive them even after unsubscribing from promotional electronic mailings.
From time to time, we may supplement and update this policy. If we consider the changes to be significant, we will notify you by publishing the changes through our Services and by sending you an email or text message about the changes. We recommend that you check for updates regularly.
